Model Existing Dwelling
Budget: $250 – $750 AUD
I am looking for a freelancer to model my existing dwelling for the purpose of renovations using Revit. The dwelling is less than 1000 sq. ft. and I am specifically looking for someone with experience in using Revit. The model will be used for renovations, so attention to detail is key.
Attached are the floorplans to give you a basic idea of size. Will need a 3D model in existing phase sufficient to generate elevations and perspectives. Once awarded I have a survey of the building heights and ground conditions as well as some information on window locations.
