The project includes the creation of architectural drawings, building layout, plumbing, electrical planning, fencing, warehouse design (45m x 56m), and a private chalet. Additionally, the project requires the construction of separate and fully insulated office spaces and living quarters for employees, as well as a personal chalet on the opposite end. The design should also incorporate designated areas for agriculture, a sports club, and cinema room.
