I'm seeking an architectural draftsman proficient in creating a professional drawing of my mixed-use building purchased in 1973. Unfortunately, the DOB and HPD don't have an original layout drawing of my property, which is hindering my process of applying for a Letter of No Objection (LNO) and obtaining a Certificate of Occupancy (CO).
The preferred freelancer will have:
- A track record in architectural drawing and a deep understanding of building standards prior to 1938.
- Proficiency in making comprehensive drawings without original blueprints or plans as a reference.
