Missouri-licensed architect ONLY to generate four sets of plans

If you are not a Missouri-licensed architect - please do not reply. Open to negotiation. Missouri Architect needs to generate four sets of properly signed and sealed plans that demonstrate that the tenant space complies with the Existing Building Code. Space is 1000 sqft and already designed - just needs to be properly seal from architect.
