Minor changes for a tiny house plan / dwg files will be provided!!!
Budget: $10 – $30 AUD
To make it easy I have attached a word document with the briefing AND sample pictures so you know what its about. Please do reply as to how long you would need for those revisions and if you understand that you will be provided the dwg files. Please also advise how quickly you can make these changes.
1. Reduce parking from 8 by 8 to 6 by 6 meters.
2. Add setbacks for tiny house and parking. Basically all five red arrows
3. Add wheels and base as per the sample drawing attached. The front part is 1,20 long. Hopefully you have done such a house before and know what needs to be added. Add on all elevations.
4. Place tiny house (to scale on land)
5. State that there is a rural mesh fence fully intact. Add fence as per plan below.
6. Add name and address on the working drawings
7. Allow for 2-3 more additions upon councils request
