We are seeking a skilled designer/architect to create a detailed 2D floor plan for our office. The office layout needs to accommodate several specific spaces, including cabins, conference rooms, a pantry, a recreation room, and a unique U-shaped sitting arrangement.
Requirements:
Cabins:
5 cabins, each 150 sqft
7 cabins, each 100 sqft
Conference Rooms:
2 conference rooms, each 250 sqft
Other Rooms:
1 pantry
1 recreation room
Sitting Area:
U-shaped sitting arrangement between all cabins
Each sitting space to be 3 ft x 2 ft
Deliverables:
A detailed 2D-floor plan in a commonly used file format (e.g., PDF, DWG)
Clear labels for all rooms and cabins
Scaled and dimensioned layout
Skills Required:
Proficiency in architectural design software (AutoCAD, SketchUp, etc.)
Experience in creating office layouts
Attention to detail and ability to follow specific spatial requirements
