The site sits on a slightly irregular rectangle—38 ft along the 10-ft-wide road to the north, 40 ft beside a drain to the south, and stretches 93 ft east to 100 ft west.
What I picture inside is a clean, minimalist layout that still lets greenery steal the show. Think light-filled rooms overlooking pocket gardens, generous planters that blur indoor and outdoor zones and at least one spot where I can pick herbs without leaving the kitchen. Outdoors, I want a purposeful garden rather than a manicured lawn: space for a small vegetable plot, a soothing water feature (pond or fountain) and comfortable parking for at least one car without sacrificing planting area.
