Minimalist Modern Café Layout

I have the full set of dimensions for a new café and I’m ready to hand them over so you can translate the numbers into a clean, modern, and highly functional floor plan. The look I’m after is minimalist—uncluttered lines, efficient circulation, and just enough visual warmth to keep the space inviting without losing that crisp contemporary feel.

Key zones I need mapped out include the main seating area, a clearly defined counter/service zone, restrooms that meet code, a small back-of-house office, and a balcony seating strip for outdoor-minded guests. Within the seating area I’d like a smart mix of individual tables plus community tables: pairs for quick coffees, fours and sixes for small groups, and one eight-seater that can double as a communal work table during quieter hours. Flow between these clusters, the counter, and the restrooms should feel intuitive and never cramped.

You’re free to choose the software you prefer—AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, or another professional tool—so long as the final files are editable and come with a PDF ready for presentation. A short legend noting furniture sizes and circulation widths will help me cross-check practicality.

I’ll supply:
• Exact room dimensions, door and window locations, and any structural columns.
• Photos of comparable cafés that capture the aesthetic.

You’ll deliver:
• Scaled floor plan (editable file + PDF).
• Simple furniture layout showing table counts and seating capacity.
• Annotation of key measurements and clearances.
• One round of adjustments after my review.
