Mini Submarine CAD Drawings

I'm working with my granddaughter to construct a mini submarine that's about a meter long. This educational project will be the perfect experience for her, and we need someone skilled in CAD to assist us in creating the necessary designs. In particular, we require:
- Hull design
- Interior layout
- Propulsion system design
Furthermore, it's important to us that the submarine is safe. Therefore, the CAD drawings need to accommodate buoyancy control features, ensuring the sub is both enviromently beneficial and will be sea worthy and operated by remote control. it must be able to collect samples from the sea bed and perform other test in the water
