8-Mile Mountain Waterline Design

I need a licensed civil / water resources engineer to help me take an 8-mile domestic-use waterline from concept to ready-to-build plans. The alignment crosses rocky, steep canyon terrain in Utah, we are considering both trenches and using direction drilling

Scope I’d like covered:
• Route study and preliminary alignment showing stations, major elevation points, and construction access notes.
• Hydraulic analysis sized for peak domestic demand, including pressure class verification, surge review, and any required pressure-reducing or booster stations.
• Material specification based on high-density polyethylene (HDPE) pipe, with fittings, restraint methods, and trench/rock excavation recommendations.
• Plan and profile drawings suitable for permitting and contractor bidding, plus a concise design memo summarizing calculations, assumptions, and design criteria.
• A short list of applicable Utah and AWWA standards that drive the design.
