Mike's Barndominium

I have a 40 ft wide x 80 ft long and 18 feet tall (floor up to bottom of trusses) barn. I am installing in a second floor that will be 16 wide x 80 long. I've created the conceptual layout in Visio, but need help getting this into a more refined final layout for the carpenters/workers to work from. I have the barn already built with basic 200 amp electric panel installed. I have a septic run to the barn and a well hydrant. The drawings show location of each. I also have the drawings from Menards for where all the 6x6 poles are located. I'm having trouble with the stairs to maximize space in the barn. This barndominium is for a hunting and recreation property that will be used seasonally and some weekends throughout the year. Ideally, the carpenters could work from your plan to create the floor, electrical runs, plumbing runs, furnace, staircase dimensions (run, stringer, riser, landing, etc...). I am open to modifying the current layout to maximize the space and make it flow better.
