Micro-Apartment Concept Drawing Needed

I need a Pre-DA concept drawing set for a 20-unit micro-apartment building.

Building Scheme:
- 5-storey lean-core block
- 16 studios (4 per level, Levels 1-5)
- 3 adaptable 1-bedroom units
- 1 SDA unit on the ground floor

Mandatory Deliverables:
- Site-analysis diagram (details/contour survey & overlays provided)
- Concept site, floor & roof plans at 1:100 (A1)
- Four elevations & one building section at 1:100
- Basic FSR/height compliance table on plans
- Output in AutoCAD DWG + bookmarked PDF (A1 & A3)

Nice-to-Have (quote separately):
- Simple 3-D massing/streetscape perspective

Standards & Timing:
- Use our title-block, layers & north point (templates provided)
- First draft in 7 days; up to two revision cycles
- Fixed-fee quote preferred; please include samples of comparable DA/pre-DA work

Ideal Skills & Experience:
- Proficiency in AutoCAD
- Experience with multi-unit residential projects
