Metal Building Plans Stamping

I need engineer-stamped plans for a 60x45 metal warehouse building in Pennsylvania.

Requirements:
- Concrete footing: 46" high, base 24x24", 12" high with #6 3/4" rebar, integrated with 12w x 14h parameter foundation
- Slab: 5" thick, with metal mesh or 3/8" rebar 6x6
- Insulation: 2" thick Styrofoam, both under slab and perimeter
- compacted soil and gravel
- Will provide building drawing and anchoring details
- Corrections may be needed after inspector review

Ideal skills and experience:
- Structural engineering expertise
- Familiarity with Pennsylvania building codes
- Experience with metal building design and concrete work
