Mesa Living Room Addition

Increase size of existing home by approximately 500 Sq. Ft. Approximate size is 25' by 20'. Existing low ceiling will be raised to match current ceiling height of approximately 14'. Frame (2x6 construction). Want to build as close to property line as allowed. Electrical as required by code. Two large windows in front (north side of addition), no windows on west side, 2 large windows and a door on south side of addition. No additional plumbing required. Building on concrete slab. New roof will be concrete tile to match current roof.
