Merge two simple AutoCAD LISP Routines for Usability

I'm looking to combine two simple AutoCAD LISP routines into one. The aim is to simplify their usage without compromising their capabilities and add additional features and formatting. Currently, these routines are used for drawing automation for survey plans.
