Medium-sized Traditional Multi-level House Plan - 06/04/2024 20:22 EDT
Budget: $250 – $750 USD
I am looking for an experienced architect who can provide a drawing with an engineer stamp that would be approved to get a permit for build so we can hire a contractor. The plan should be 2,000 sq ft addition. 30×32 feet, 2 story. I am attatching a draw up, with existing house and what I'd like added. We are only adding bedrooms and one bathroom, with stairs and a hallway, so don't need any large inside design plans.
Key Requirements:
- Experience in creating traditional style house design.
- Ability to incorporate a multi-level structure within the target square foot range.
- Provision of a complete and comprehensive plan, including functional living spaces and structural details.
- All designs must be approved and stamped by a certified engineer.
