Medium-Sized, Two-Level Open Plan Design -- 2

I need a draughtsman to work with existing .dwg files to adapt some existing internal features and fenestration on a two-level, medium-sized home (1,000 - 2,000 sq ft) with an open concept layout.

Key Requirements:

- knowledge of open plan designs
- Solid competency in modifying existing cad files house floor plans
- Demonstrated experience with medium-sized, two-level homes

Job Tasks:
