I need an architect or experienced draftsperson to design a medium-sized granny flat with separate rooms. The design needs to accommodate a kitchen, bathroom, laundry area, and two bedrooms within a space roughly 10m x 5m. Particular emphasis will be placed on maximizing space and creating a functional, cozy environment.
