Mechanical engineer plans for house

I am looking for a mechanical engineer with experience in designing plumbing, electrical, HVAC, sprinkler plans. House is under construction and all mechanicals have been installed in house but I would like detailed mechanical plans for code if I ever decide to upgrade sprinkler system. I already have detailed plans that can be used as a reference for this project. The engineer should produce these plans quickly, with a deadline of within a week. The right individual for this job should also have the know-how to develop plans that are up to code and compliant with the local regulations. Thank you for considering my project!
