Mechanical detail drawings ( Plumbing and HVAC)
Budget: $30 – $250 USD
I am looking for a skilled professional who can generate a highly detailed 2D drawings for Plumbing (Drainage – Water Supply), HVAC Systems.
The ideal candidate should be:
-proficient in creating Mechanical and Plumbing designs.
-should have experience in using AutoCAD.
-Familiarity with building KSA codes and regulations(SBC 1101 – 1102, SBC 501, SBC 701).
Size of the building: 400-900 sq.m
The drawings must contain the following:
-Drainage layouts
-Storm Drainage layouts
-Water Supply layouts
-Plumbing and piping details
-AC Drain layouts
-HVAC layout
-HVAC equipment schedule and details
-HAP Load Calculation Report
