Mechanical DWG Creation

I need a DWG file created based on an existing DWG template and an image.

Mix "template" file "Logo gate Staatsbosbeheer"
with
New design outlined in file "Poort 80cm hoog.png"
Item 1: Flat bar 50x5 mm
Item 2: not relevant in the new design (move following item numbers up)
Item 3->2: Tube 50x30x1.5 mm hinge side (maintain hole distances from top and bottom)
Item 4->3: Tube 50x30x1.5 mm closing side
Item 5->4: Tube Ø42x1.5
Item 6: not relevant in the new design (delete)
New item 5: Mesh 100x100x5 (new in this design - bottom half in the image)

New "Product name": Vlagheide

Fixed price offer only! I expect an experienced CAD designer can make this in less than an hour, but I am not one myself:-) so my expectation may be wrong.

Expect extra time to align and make small changes in case of above description not being sufficient.

Supply DWG and PDF format files.

Ideal skills and experience:

- Proficiency in CAD software (AutoCAD, SolidWorks, etc.)
- Experience with mechanical drawings
- Attention to detail and accuracy
