Measured Drawings Needed for Renovation (CAD drawings)

Site visit (measure building)
Immediate NEED for: Architectural designer / drafter to measure and redraw a commercial tenant space in Bartlett, Tennessee.
You must be able to physically go to the building and measure the structure. This project IS NOT 100% VIRTUAL.
The scope of work:
The 3,200 SF (40x80) tenant space is a former dentist office consisting of two previously combined suites.
Need plans showing all existing rooms including outlets and switches and reflected ceiling plan. Information on the size of existing electrical panel(s) feeding the space(s) and photos of the circuit schedule. If possible the size(s) of the existing RTU’s.
The measured drawing can be redrawn in Revit or AutoCAD (version specific for compatibility) Inform us the version of software you will use.
This will not be an as-built, it is a measured drawing to be used as a Record drawing to complete an ongoing project.
Project dates: Dec. 9, 2022 - Dec. 23, 2022
