1817 Marketing floor plans
Budget: $250 – $750 AUD
Autocad drafting and Adobe Illustrator colour presentation of house floor plans (4 plans in total) for marketing.
Detailed plans to be simplified in black and white and imported into Adobe Illustrator.
Transparent colour fills to be placed under plan in Illustrator to indicate floor finishes.
Plants and lawn are to be added in the garden according to the attached landscape plans. Plants are to be green fills only with no black/grey outline.
The edges of the garden are to be faded out with a gradient instead of having a border. See attached file "gradient example"
See attached the four Architectural Plans in pdf format along with the "example marketing plan" of a similar finished product to what we are aiming to achieve.
Bidders will need to submit a sample using the attached dwg file named "sample plan".
Samples to be submitted in .pdf and .ai format.
