Marketing Flyer

I have a home which was designed by an architect in Elkhart In who died and i am left with the ground floor drawings on Autocad and the second floor drawings on paper. However neither is as it was build, exactly. I am looking for someone who can draw it nearly the way it was build for a sales brochure, It does not have to have build specs or window specs. Recalculate floor area as well---a room was added on the second floor.
It would be nice to get an estimate , but I am willing to pay by the hour. It would also be nice if the person would be from the South bend In area
