Make AutoCad architectural house drawings

I need some help to scatch up floor plans, facedes and, cross sections and some 3D renderings of a private house
Measurements of the external house, the rooms, doors, windows and other details must be set in centimeters.
The drawings must be delivered in a DWG file and "builder friendly" PFD format.

The work should be possible to conduct during 1 working day for a fast and accurate AutoCad user.
