MEP plans for commercial tenant build out

I am looking for a licensed Texas Structural Engineer to create MEP plans for a commercial tenant build out. The space is between 1,306 sq ft. I have specific requirements for the plans which are attached. I am looking for the plans to be completed, signed, and sealed within the next two weeks. I need a complete MEP design with the following:

Mechanical blue print, schedules and calculation
Electrical blue print, schedules and calculation
Plumbing blue print, schedules and calculation
All blueprint will be signed and stamped by a registered licensed TX engineer

I am currently accepting bids for these plans.
