MEP design and calculations (Mechanical, electrical, plumbing) Commercial building in San Bernardino County CA
Budget: $1,500 – $3,000 USD
Commercial building located in San Bernardino County applying for tenant improvement permit.
Looking for a MEP professional, familiar with the California Building Code, for designing mechanical, electrical and plumbing plans (calculations included). If not MEP, We do accept proposals for each field separately. The mechanical requirements are simple since natural ventilation will be used, not title 24 and/or Cal green is required.
Project:
- Five small commercial units for tenants that comes from the farmers market. (700 SF each)
- Each unit with ADA bathroom.
- Building area, 6000 SF aprox.
