MEP design

I'm looking to hire a highly experienced MEP designer for a residential project located in the Caribbean Sea. The size of the project is a large 10,000 sqft luxury house. I have prever Revit MEP design software but it is not mandatory the designer is free to use whichever software they are most comfortable with. The right candidate should be prepared to upcycle their prior experiences and knowledge to deliver a sophisticated design promptly that meets all relevant regulations and standards. The designer must also actively manage this design process, maintaining communication, providing reports, and adhering to deadline parameters.
