MEP (Mechanical Electrical Plumbing) for 4 storey building.

I have a concept drawing done in revit 2018.2 model for 4 storey building.
I am trying to get pricing for Electrical and HVAC in order to get an idea for financing purposes. Unfortunately the subcontractors do not entertain quoting the project without a full set of engineering drawings.
Given the fact that it is only a concept model (which will most definitely change when architects and engineer get involved), I cannot spend too much.
Please specify number and type of drawings.
