The project involves designing complete MEP systems to comply with local regulations and standards. Your role will include preparing the necessary drawings and documentation for submission and managing the approval process with FEWA.
**Key Responsibilities:**
1. Develop complete MEP design drawings for a G+1 building, including:
- Mechanical systems (HVAC)
- Electrical systems (lighting, power, etc.)
- Plumbing systems (water supply, drainage, etc.)
2. Ensure compliance with local building codes, regulations, and FEWA standards.
3. Prepare all necessary documentation for FEWA approvals.
4. Submit the design to FEWA and follow up on the approval process.
5. Make any necessary revisions or adjustments to the drawings based on feedback from FEWA or the client.
6. Collaborate with the project team and address any technical questions or issues during the approval process.
