MEP Diagram with engineering seal

I am looking for a skilled freelancer who can create a Plumbing MEP diagram for a residential project. The electrical design should have an electrical riser diagram. The plumbing needs to be as specific as possible. They should all include measurements, calculations, and specifications. The diagram needs to adhere to specific standards that I have in place. I already have architectural plans but, they seem to be missing information. I will attach all the documents I have. Please understand that my knowledge on this is limited and should be very clear on the diagrams. Also, my budget is limited please only bid if you can have them completed with stamp. Engineering license for Texas required. The current plans have already been approved by the city of Socorro for construction.
