I'm seeking a highly skilled MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing) engineer to create a comprehensive MEP design for an existing building. The design must adhere to all relevant codes and standards in Baltimore Maryland, particularly the Baltimore City Plumbing and Electrical Codes.
Scope of Work:
- Design of the Mechanical (HVAC) system
- Creation of the electrical layout and load calculations
- Designing of the plumbing and drainage systems
- Implementation of a fire protection alarm system
- Coordination with existing architectural and structural plans

- Proven experience in MEP design for existing buildings
