I am looking for an experienced MEP designer who can handle electrical, plumbing, and HVAC design for a new house in the state of Florida. This house is over 2,000 sq ft, hence a professional with expertise in residential projects is required.
Your involvement will mainly extend to:
- Designing comprehensive and efficient Electrical Systems
- Planning and Designing effective Plumbing Systems
- HVAC System Design
The focus will be solely on the provision of design services, and there is no need for project management or active coordination with other professionals. You’ll need to demonstrate a clear understanding of local building codes and regulations, ensuring compliance in all designs. The ideal candidate should also be adept in using the latest design software and tools.
Skills and Experience:
- Proven experience as an MEP designer, preferably with residential projects
