Budget: $50 – $100 USD
MEP/HVAC design is required for a 170m2 villa (G+1) including the following;
1. Electrical network 2D plans & details (Sockets, Lighting, Switches, Distribution boards, Main board...etc.)
2. Plumbing network 2D plans & details (Supply, Drainage, Piping, Fittings, Manholes...etc.)
3. Heating System 2D plans & details (Room battery distribution, piping, hot water supply layout...etc.)
4. AC network 2D plans & details (Wall & Ceiling mount units, allocation, piping and cabling network...etc.)
Architectural plans will be provided to the awarded freelancer.
