I'm looking for a professional who can assist in creating Roofing, Electrical, and Plumbing plans for a 442 square foot space with flat roof built 1957 to be legalized for the city of El Monte. The project specifically involves:
Developing El Monte Planning Dept plans which I have included into El Monte Building Dept plans. Developing Roofing Plans to integrate into existing residence as shown on El Monte Planning Dept plans.
Final must be submitted in JPEG format so I can amend as needed.
