I am seeking a proficient AutoCAD Draftsman for my residential project. The chosen professional will be responsible for creating detailed drawings for the Electrical, Plumbing, and HVAC services of home's delicate fitout project.
Ideal Skills and Experience:
- Extensive experience and proficiency in AutoCAD
- In-depth knowledge and understanding of MEP services, particularly Electrical, Plumbing, and HVAC systems
- Previous experience working on residential projects
- should have experience of Head load calculation (HVAC ) & Load Schedule for Electrical
The candidate should exhibit top-notch drafting skills, meticulous attention to detail, and a comprehensive understanding of the residential layout. This job requires versatile technical expertise as the draftsman will be intricately involved in the design of multiple systems.
