MBS Drawing Assembly Plugin Development

ZwCAD Plugin for Merging and Scaling MBS Assembly Drawings
We are looking for a C# developer experienced with ZwCAD or AutoCAD plugin development to build a tool that automates the merging and visual scaling of DWG files generated from Metal Building Software (MBS).
This tool should be able to:
1. Parse the plate3.out file (a text-based part-to-assembly mapping file).
2. Identify and group DWG files corresponding to each assembly (e.g., columns, rafters).
3. Merge these parts into a single unified drawing.
4. Apply uniform visual scaling across all parts (for readability, not dimensionally altering).
5. Optionally remove unnecessary layers using a config file (e.g., layers_to_remove.json).
6. Output a final clean DWG drawing for each assembly (e.g., COL-01_FULL.dwg).
7. Include basic error handling (e.g., skip corrupt files, log processing steps).
Tech & Requirements
1. Language: C#
2. Platform: ZwCAD (Full Version, not LT)
3. APIs: ZwCAD .NET API (or ObjectARX if you prefer)
4. Interface: Simple command-line interface inside ZwCAD (MERGEASSEMBLY command)
5. Input: Folder with .DWG files, plate3.out, and optional JSON config
6. Output: Final merged .DWG files with logs
Deliverables
1. Working ZwCAD plugin (DLL or equivalent)
2. Full source code with comments
3. Setup & usage documentation (README)
4. Sample config files
5. Sample test output (merged vs. raw DWG)
Ideal Freelancer Profile
