Lower Lake house
Budget: $250 – $750 USD
I am looking for help to finish the design of a house on CAD in order to secure a building permit
The location is Lower Lake , California
I have purchased the plans from an internet company and made modifications.
What I need is the following:
- I would like to make few more modifications to the plans
- Develop plumbing, electrical, HVAC plans
- structural engineering calculations if required
- Produce building construction details on CAD as required by Lake County Ca. needed to get the permit.
- Design a small wooden elevated parking structure. The lot slopes down away from the street. The parking is same level as the street such that one can drive off the street right onto the top of the parking structure
- Project the house footprint on a topographic map that I will provide
