Lot Subdivision Plan
Budget: $30 – $250 USD
I need a subdivision plan for a single lot of 247,237 square feet. I need 2 separate plans, option #1 dividing the lot into smaller lots of 25,000 square feet each, option #2 dividing it into 30,000 square feet lots each.
Requirements:
- Access from Church Road and optional new proposed road (marked in RED)
- New proposed road access to the created lots should be 50 feet wide
- Lot shapes can be rectangular, square, or irregular as needed
- No common areas or amenities required
Ideal skills and experience:
- Proficient in AutoCAD
- Experience in land subdivision and planning
- Ability to create functional and accessible lot layouts
