Looking for A&E for Somerdale NJ Project

We are looking to have a u shaped one floor container home built using (5 )40' containers to provide 6 beddrooms, 2 or 3 bathrooms, mud room, open kitchen, with a large island,a dining and living area. Maybe a patio or deck. We are not fancy but would like a nice place to settle down. Please see attached floor plans that were pulled from the internet. We are not looking for everthing in the plans they are just general ideas. we would make changes for our needs. I have also attached an environmental study of the land we are interested in. I am not sure whether electrical and plumbing plans would be included ? Please respond as soon as possible.
