Looking for excellent CAD DRAFTERS

I need to hire a group of autoCAD drafters that can create full sets of construction documents based on previous similar work we have completed. We will provide a new project base layer and the company we need to work with will be able to take that and convert it to a full set of drawings. The English must be excellent in any notes, and the team needs to understand Construction so they can identify which notes are appropriate for the drawings.
