Looking for engineered plans for new residential construction in Raleigh.
Budget: $3,000 – $5,000 USD
I have 2 lots in Raleigh that I am looking to build 3,500sf - 5,500sf spec houses on. One lot is flat and the other has a steep slope. I am looking for either an engineer to stamp/seal a set of e-plans, or an architect/engineer to provide a set of stamped plans for submittal to City of Raleigh. Need full S,P,M,&Es.
