Looking for RA/PE or draftsman to revise existing plans to submit for permits
Budget: $1,500 – $3,000 USD
I would like to hire a Florida based PE, RA or draftsman to update/correct existing home addition plans and make them FBC compliant so that I can apply for build permits. Current plans are missing key details and need corrections on each elevation, but the design itself is basically complete.
Because I would rather have one point of contact, applicant must have partners/contacts to help get the plans signed/sealed. I would like a site visit if local, but it is not required.
This will be the first of three properties that I need to build out in the next year, so a long term arrangement is possible.
I have CAD files as well.
