Looking for a HVAC auto cad designer to design and provide 500kW chiller pipeline as per ASHRAE GUIDELINES

It’s a hotel where a 500kW chiller unit from our company will be installed. We need an HVAC designer to provide the design of pipeline to be made from our chiller unit to customer desired location. At customer’s desired location a fan coil unit is installed. The designer should provide the pipe run, pipe sizing required and also should do pump sizing as per ASHRAE standards. The designer should also provide us with drawings as per standards.
