Looking for FMB designer for an agricultural Land

We have a Indian Revenue Department FMB agricultural land map and on it, having draft lines(draw) of survivor drawn picture with measurements. So, looking for a person who can redraw the complete maps along with Survivor given measurements.(Survivor drawn area has to be highlighted with by filling a suitable pattern).
