Looking for AutoCAD designers to assist with putting together residential solar PV (photovoltaic) plan sets

I'm looking for AutoCAD designers to generate residential Solar PV (photovoltaic) plan sets. These plan sets are submitted to the City or County Jurisdiction (AHJ) in USA to obtain a building permit. Each plan set requires 1-2 hours of work for experienced designers. The plan sets contain the following documents:

- Site Plan
- PV Module Array and Electrical Equipment Layout
- Structural Section and Detail
- Single Line Diagram with Ampacity Calculations
- Specification Sheets

I'm looking for someone who has the following:

- Has produced Solar PV Plan Sets
- Qualification in Electrical Engineering
- 5+ years of AutoCAD experience
- Intermediate to Advanced English language skills
