I am seeking an ambitious structural engineer to strategize the creation of a new loft space in an existing first-floor flat, situated in a converted Georgian house. The individual must be proficient in residential building engineering, especially in post-conversion structures, with emphasis on the following:
- Aiding the design process to ensure ergonomic and effective utility of the new loft space
- Conducting assessments to enforce safety standards and maintain the structural integrity of the building
- Providing architectural guidance and recommendations

- Liaising closely with construction teams to ensure the smooth execution of the project
