Loft Conversion into Extra Bedroom
Budget: £250 – £750 GBP
Loft conversion on a detached property.
My requirements are two apex dormers on the front at 1500mm wide and a full dormer to the rear.
The existing roof is constructed fromTrusses on a new build property.
Current height in loft is 2800mm to apex from ceiling joist.
Existing staircase works perfectly for returning up into loft. With no need to cut in to any existing rooms.
A bathroom and ensuite on 1st floor, to make adding a ensuite above on 2nd floor easier.
