Co-Living Concept Drawings

I'm seeking concept drawings for a co-living or boarding house project. These drawings will be used to communicate with architects and builders. I have some prelim drawings but I am not happy with the way space is used. I need someone to refine and optimise the floor plan. Its a very simple plan.

Requirements:
- Basic sketches
- Suitable for architect/builder communication
-Some one who is very good with efficient use of space, and creating very functional micro apartments or Micros studios

Ideal Skills:
- Experience in co-living/boarding house or rooming house design
- Proficiency in creating clear, communicative concept drawings
