Light Gauge Steel Framing Structural Engineer (for Modular House)

We are looking for a structural engineer proficient in designing and converting architectural drawings into comprehensive light gauge steel framing (G550) structural drawings for modular construction, following Australian Standards.\n\nRequirements:\n- Mastery in FrameCAD, Vertex BD, Tekla, or similar tools\n- Deep understanding of G550 cold-formed steel and AS/NZS standards\n- Experience in generating structural layouts, framing details, and BOMs\n- Familiarity with modular or prefabricated construction highly preferred\n\nDeliverables:\n- Complete set of structural CAD/IFC documents\n- Detailed connection layouts and diagrams\n- Bill of Materials and factory-ready production files\n\nDesign documents have been provided (PDF: No 28 Crystal PL (REV A-1)).
